René Schou Appointed as Chief Commercial Officer

We are pleased to welcome René Schou as our new Chief Commercial Officer. René brings a wealth of experience to Oterra, having held key leadership roles at AAK, including EVP, President Global Industries, EVP, President Food Service Europe, and President Technical Products and Feed. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in the company's significant and successful transformation over the last decade. Prior to AAK, René held positions as Global Business Director and Regional Sales Director at Danisco.

Upon stepping into his new role, René shared his enthusiasm: "I am excited for the opportunity to join Oterra. Jan Fledelius Appointed as Chief People & Culture Officer

Oterra is also excited to announce the appointment of Jan Fledelius as our new Chief People & Culture Officer. With a distinguished career in global leadership, Jan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team, enhancing our commitment to fostering a supportive and innovative workplace culture.

Jan joins Oterra from Ellab A/S, a Novo Holdings company, where he served as Chief People Officer, overseeing global people, organization, and communications efforts. His extensive background includes senior leadership roles at LEO Pharma, Scandinavian Tobacco Group, and Novo Nordisk, with experience in both Danish and international markets.

Jan’s enthusiasm for joining Oterra is palpable. "Oterra's mission to harness the power of nature’s true colors and provide sustainable, natural food solutions deeply resonates with me," says Jan.
